JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate is expected to have more than a minimum of 3 years in Business Development, Sales and/or Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering or Sales Management, with strong language skills.
• Candidate is expected to have good learning ability, enduring hardship, diligent, loyal and trustworthy to business settlement and confidentiality;
• Candidate is expected to have strong selling and interpersonal skills, who likes challenges, having capability to manage customers well and influence internal stakeholders;
• Have strong problem-solving skills;

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Accountable for asset/customer monthly billing, AR collection and DSO management;
• Responsible for asset P&L, asset management(CADR、EAR etz..) guided by Asset manager;
• Responsible for collecting client's Cost information and Finished Goods Pricing Trends and conducting cash flow analysis for management team reference
• Assist Asset Manager to responsible for productivity, cost management of all assets with support from all other functions like plant operations, maintenance, BDS etc.
• Develop and maintain customer engagement plan, interface with customer’s Mid-level people on a regular basis, maintain close relationship with customer
• Assist Asset Manager to responsible for government interface like tax, duties, utilities, business license/permits, safety/quality authorities, park officers etc.
• Any other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.
