Assembly Engineering Senior Manager

Managing subcon assembly engineering performance.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of:
  - Drive subcon's performance KPI(Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
  - Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction
  - support technical capability assessment at subcon.
  - major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement
• Drive together with subcon on assy yield improvement.
• Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buyoff procedure with subcon.
• Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring
• Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities.
• Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP)

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology/Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical)
• 10 years working experience in related field.
• Assembly engineering background is preferred, knowledge in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes.
• Good in written/spoken of English.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and problem-solving methodologies and tools.
• Customer and Service oriented.
