What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you'll play a hands-on role in building Commercial HVAC components with precision and care. You’ll:

• Assemble HVAC units using brazing and sheet metal techniques

• Read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions

• Work with hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment

• Conduct product measurements and make adjustments as needed

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards

• Collaborate closely with your team to meet production goals and timelines

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of relevant experience—background as a Commercial HVAC installer is a strong fit

• Proven skills in brazing and sheet metal work

• Ability to read and follow technical blueprints and instructions

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools in a manufacturing environment

• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Tampa
