Position Summary

We are hiring Assemblers for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Ohio. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.

As an Assembler, you'll work with injection-molded components and operate press equipment to assemble automotive headlights and taillights in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate press machinery and production equipment
• Assemble injection-molded parts onto automotive lighting components
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and work procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
