Job Description
What you’ll do
- Inspect mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedures
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, microscopes, optical comparators, and drop gages
- Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools and microscopes
- Maintain steady production flow to meet weekly schedules
- Follow detailed instructions from engineering and production leadership
- Handle small parts with high accuracy and care
- Support quality and compliance processes in a manufacturing environment
What you need
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy – required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions – required
- Experience working with small parts, hand tools, and microscopes – required
- Blueprint and technical procedure reading experience – required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment – required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods – required
- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), cleanroom environments, or welding/brazing – preferred
- Ability to lift 5–20 lbs – required

Salary Range:
$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
