8+ years of hands-on experience developing and debugging enterprise .Net applications, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle PL\SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services

Drive the architecture, design and development of new features

Analyze business issues and technical problems, apply critical thinking, and provide creative, architecturally sound, extensible solutions

Lead team members and individually contribute to the development using expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services

Hands-on coding, debugging, testing across all aspects of the software

Active technical leadership throughout the entire development process, including requirement reviews, development, deployment, setting up environments; documenting release notes and configuration details

Building scalable, predictable, and high-performing applications with .NET

Working on applications that are high volume with a critical uptime

Extensive experience designing fault tolerant and scalable applications with C#/Oracle

Practical knowledge of the application of architecture design methodologies and frameworks

Possess very strong "Hands-On" development skills using Microsoft technologies

Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work constructively as an individual or in groups with minimal supervision. Understands and can apply software engineering and application development methodologies in a complex multi-project environment.
