Perfil del Puesto: Asistente de Maestro(a) de Preescolar ISP

Responsabilidades Clave de ISP

  • Asistir al docente en la preparación y ejecución de actividades de aprendizaje.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo académico, social y emocional de los estudiantes.
  • Fomentar la participación activa y la autonomía de los niños.
  • Preparar materiales didácticos y recursos necesarios para las actividades del aula.
  • Supervisar pequeños grupos o estudiantes de manera individual cuando sea requerido.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de estrategias diferenciadas para atender las necesidades individuales de los alumnos.
  • Garantizar la seguridad y supervisión constante de los estudiantes durante la jornada escolar.
  • Apoyar a los niños en rutinas diarias como alimentación, higiene, descanso y transición entre actividades.
  • Promover hábitos de convivencia, respeto, autocuidado e independencia.
  • Observar e informar oportunamente cualquier situación relacionada con el bienestar físico o emocional de los estudiantes.
  • Mantener el aula organizada, limpia y preparada para las actividades diarias.
  • Apoyar en la decoración y ambientación de los espacios educativos.
  • Colaborar en el control y organización de materiales, recursos y equipo del salón.
  • Cumplir estrictamente con las políticas institucionales de protección infantil.
  • Reportar inmediatamente cualquier preocupación relacionada con la seguridad o bienestar de un estudiante siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.
  • Mantener límites profesionales adecuados en todo momento.
