  • Feasibility studies of circuits and system(incl. HW design)
  • IC analog IP and subsystem design and verification
  • Conduct top-/ system- level verification
  • IC evaluation/ debugging
  • Technical support to mass production
  • Master degree in microelectronic circuits or systems
  • > 5ys experience in analog circuits design
  • Good understanding of ASIC analog and mixed signal flow(Cadence based)
  • Experience in power management, driver circuits development(automotive IC as a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in silicon evaluation and debugging
  • Very good communication skills, team work and flexibility
  • Foreign languages: English, German (as a plus)
