Art Teacher - Art and Design - September Start

Art & Design Teacher | September Start | Permanent Opportunity | East London

We are seeking a qualified Art teacher for an 11-18 academy school based in East London for a permanent post to start in September 2019.

Applicants for this Teacher of Art role should have previous experience teaching the full age and ability range from at KS3 and KS5.

The role is within a good school where improving achievement and the personal development of all students is at the heart of all that the school does.

This is a great opportunity to join a teaching community where all the staff are kind, friendly and approachable. We are looking for a dynamic Art Teacher who has the ability to continue the progress that has been made within the Creative Arts faculty.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Art and Design and have the ability to pass this passion students of all ages. Art is a popular subject within the school and so students are generally motivated towards learning but you should be an assertive teacher, confident in your ability to manage challenging behaviour.
