Area Sales Supervisor (Distribution - East)

Job Description Summary ​

Responsible for the performance of the sales team below and achievement of KPI behaviour, KPI revenue, KPI collection and Service Level.

Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving the monthly target
• Customer data master accuracy
• Active Outlet
• Ensure the selling step walk by FSR
• Proximity relationship with the customer
• Monitor service level GT and LMT

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Sales Supervisor. Preferably from Food Service Industry.
• Passionate in bakery.
• Excellent in communication skill.
• Good network in Central & East Java business area.
• Placement in Tegal.
