Area Sales Supervisor (Beverage - Central 2)

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve business objectives by ensuring the accomplishment of behavioral KPIs, revenue targets, collection targets, and service level standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Description :

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of revenue, collection, and service level targets.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer master data.
• Develop and maintain active outlets within the assigned territory.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of the standard selling steps by Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service levels for General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) customers.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and market coverage.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Experience in leading and managing a sales team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels.
• Understanding of sales KPIs, sales processes, and route-to-market operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be based in Purwokerto with coverage across the Purwokerto area.
