Area Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling classified marketing packages and advertising solutions for the real estate sector while driving sales growth in assigned territories. The role requires strong field sales experience, regular market visits, and the ability to identify new business opportunities with real estate agencies, property dealers, builders, and developers.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective promotion and placement of classified marketing packages in the market. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in advertising, media sales, or real estate marketing
