Job description

NETZSCH Pumps Bellux was founded exactly 20 years ago, and we are responsible for the sale of NETZSCH pumps in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. NPB is looking for an external sales representative for the Wallonia region and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This position has become vacant following an internal promotion. You will be joining a dynamic team where collegiality and open communication are of the utmost importance. Our offices are based in Ternat.

  • Responsibility for the long-term development of the business and customer portfolio in the Wallonia region
  • Manage, maintain, and strategically grow existing customer relationships with a focus on sustainable development
  • Targeted development of new customers, applications, and projects aligned with market and customer requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the entire sales process, including technical consulting and product selection
  • Present NETZSCH solutions, application benefits, and technological differentiators
  • Analyze market, competitive, and customer potential to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relevant sales networks within the region to support sustainable market development and customer growth
  • Use sales and CRM tools to manage, document, and track sales activities in a structured manner
  • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, application engineering, product management and international sales units within the NETZSCH Group
  • Completed technical degree or technical qualification (technician/master craftsman) with relevant sales experience
  • Several years of experience in selling technical or complex products, ideally in the plant, process, or pump industry
  • Strong customer and solution orientation with proven experience in long-term customer relationship management and technical negotiations
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, practical, and convincing manner
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high level of self-organization in a field sales environment
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Wallonia region
  • Very good command of French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Dutch and German are an advantage

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the sustainable development of NETZSCH’s business in the Wallonia region of Belgium. The role focuses on professionally managing and expanding existing customer relationships, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities in a technically demanding market environment.

Acting as a solution-oriented technical consultant, the Area Sales Manager serves as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales process. In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, the role translates complex customer requirements into suitable sales and application solutions and contributes significantly to NETZSCH’s long-term market positioning in the region.
