Purpose of the Job:
PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our Commercial Planning group.
Providing commercial planning support to the Sales Team (Sales Office and/or Satellite Sales Office and/or region and/or headquarters) to ensure efficient operations. Ensures that all tasks are performed in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of outputs and confidentiality
Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:
Sales & Performance Reporting
Monitor and analyze Sales Performance and KPI
Generate data for standard (e.g., daily and monthly Sales Volume, KPIs) and adhocreports (e.g., performance, incentive tracking) with basic insights
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trend reports for real-time insights
Support Business Reviews with data generation, insighting and visualizations
Maintain accurate records of sales, coverage, and operational data
Ensure timely filing and organization of reports and compliance
POS Management & Route Planning
Manage POS records: Perform POS creation, updates, deactivation, reactivation in the systems
Route approvals for POS with upgrade or downgrade
Maintain customer master data and flag POS with gaps in information
Update route plans and support adjustments in frequency planning.
Manage journey generation for field sales force.
Encode territory assignments and coverage updates in the system
Prepare volumes form for double selling in anticipation of holidays
Prepare days of inventory reports to see how long stocks will last with POS
Prepare baseline POS targets based on Sales instructions
Adjust POS targets from sales team input to meet sales-office or regional level targets
Inventory Governance
Daily reconciliation of an agent’s stock report vs. system stock balance
Investigate variances in stock movement including identifying and resolving system/human errors
Generate and provide data for Finished Goods reconciliation
Coordinate cross-functionally across Warehouse, and Finance to resolve FG variance
Technical Support & Asset Management
Provide support for field devices and managed applications
Ensure timely updates and installations of required applications
Set up and configure hardware/software for new and existing users
Coordinate with IT for troubleshooting, system access & compliance and data policies.
Track and manage inventory of field devices and accessories
Field Operations Support
Be on call before or after shift to provide backup support for field planning and operational tasks
Route requests for system roles for field sales force
Prepare and produce manual copies of field execution plans for system outages or routine reference
Training & Onboarding
Support for training sessions for tools and systems used in field operations
Support onboarding of new hires with technical and operational setup
Skill and competencies:
Should be a graduate of 4 year course
At least 1-2 years of sales or finance reporting.
Experience in building and analyzing data (forecasting, target setting)
Perform comprehensive data analysis and make recommendations
Highly proficient in Microsoft excel (data validation, conditional formatting, etc)
Ability to think strategically.
Work Location: San Fernando Sales Offices
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 8:30 AM
