Area Manager - Technical Services

• Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth
• Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement
• Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
• Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
• Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site.
• Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions.
• Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance.
• Periodic Engage with Sika authorised applicator base.
• Technical Product persentation at customer site/ office

• BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Waterproofing / CS products
