Job Responsibilities:
- Review architectural drawings for errors and coordination issues.
- Liaise with consultants, including architects and engineers, for clarifications and revisions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure architectural works align with structural, M&E, and ID works.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve design conflicts, site constraints, and technical queries.
- Prepare and submit documents for approvals, such as Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA), and shop drawings.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship to meet project standards.
- Monitor progress of architectural works to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
- Assist in defect rectification and documentation for project handover.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to handle construction projects with commitment.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
