Key Responsibilities

Next Gen Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)
Netskope Private Access (NPA)
Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
Design, implement, test, and support zero‑trust access security solutions using the Netskope platform.

Build, configure, and maintain network security solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Maintain deep knowledge of complex network and IT systems, staying current with security standards and authentication protocols.
Design, deploy, and support Netskope SSE components, including:
Endpoint & Network Digital Experience Management (DEM)
Identify requirements and develop scalable enterprise zero‑trust security architectures.

Create and maintain proxy policies (URL filtering, malware control, file control).

Administer and maintain PAC files and supporting services aligned to application requirements.

Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting network access and provide leadership during critical incident/outage calls.

Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues and stay informed on product roadmaps and new features.

Document solution designs and maintain up‑to‑date as‑built drawings and diagrams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Certifications (Preferred)
Netskope Integrator Accreditation
Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect (NSK300)
Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NSK100)
Preferred Experience & Skills

Working knowledge of:
Cisco ASA
Palo Alto firewalls
F5 LTM/GTM
AVI
IPS/IDS technologies
Agile
