Architect Fitout Saudi Arabia

Talentspoc is looking for a talented Architect specializing in Fitout projects to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and functional interior spaces tailored to client specifications, with a strong focus on aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with local regulations.

You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery and outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create architectural designs and drawings for fitout projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations using architectural software.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP engineers, interior designers, and contractors during project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, specifications, and schedules.
• Support procurement processes by providing technical input and material specifications.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies relevant to fitout architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in fitout architectural design projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent design skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional architectural registration or certification is preferred.
