Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, technical expertise, and project management. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the highest standards of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans.
• Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
• Coordinate with field personnel to monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues.
• Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of architectural design and/or project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision.

Other Information

• This is a full-time, 40 hour work week position.
• Candidates should have their own laptop or desktop computer, any software license needed will be provided by the client.
