About the role

We are currently looking for an Architect who will be responsible for developing coordinated architectural outputs that respond to project requirements, site conditions, building functionality, landscape integration, and applicable design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, and elevations for functional and residential buildings in accordance with project requirements, design standards, and site conditions.
• Develop landscape design layouts and related architectural details to support the overall planning, functionality, and visual quality of the project area.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and other technical teams to ensure that architectural drawings are aligned with structural, utility, operational, and project-specific requirements.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 15 years total professional experience, preferably 8 years’ experience in railway field.
• 5 years’ experience in similar type feasibility study and design consultancy, including preferably 5 years’ experience as Architect or similar post for similar type consultancy.
