We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of cutting-edge buildings and structures that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

  • Develop and present innovative architectural designs that align with client requirements and project objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure successful project execution
  • Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents using advanced architectural software
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices
  • Provide expert advice and creative solutions to address complex architectural challenges
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the architectural team
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Professional architecture license or certification
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in Lebanon
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrix organization
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Beirut and Lebanon
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and industry trends
