Architect & Interior Drafter

• Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing, utilizing CAD software to produce precise and accurate technical documentation.
• Create drawings according to the specifications and quantities outlined in the Budget Plan.
• Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop technical reports, summarizing project details, design specifications, and potential challenges or considerations.
• Collaborate with architects, operations team, and contractors to address design issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date project file system, ensuring easy access to drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Construction Experience 2 years is required.
• Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
• Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions
• Proficient in Revit would be preferable
