Arcadis 2026 Quantity Surveying Summer Intern (Hong Kong)

Role description:

• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.
• Preparation of tender documentation
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
• Finalization of project final accounts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Year 3 students only / Students to be graduated in 2027 only
• Able to work as a team player
• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
• Able to commit a 2-month internship between May 2026 and Aug 2026
