YOUR ROLE

You join the STM32 Community Support team in ST Tunis as an apprentice for 4 years, supporting the ST Community with first‑level technical assistance, content creation, and continuous improvement of our online resources while pursuing your engineering studies.

ST Community Contribution & Level‑1 Support
  • Provide first‑line support to ST Community users on STM32 topics.

  • Monitor recurring questions and identify gaps in existing documentation, tutorials or example projects.
  • Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and “how‑to” guides based on the most frequent community issues.
Technical Content Creation & Improvement
  • Create getting‑started guides and step‑by‑step tutorials (from beginners to intermediate level).
  • Develop and maintain code snippets and simple example projects using STM32 MCUs and ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of existing articles to ensure they remain accurate with current tools and software versions.
  • Work closely with STM32 experts in Tunis and other sites to translate technical know‑how into accessible content for a broad developer audience.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • License degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of embedded C and STM32 MCUs or other microcontrollers.
  • Programming skills in at least one language: C/C++ and/or Python preferred.
  • Strong interest in technical communication, documentation and developer communities.
  • Curiosity about AI / machine‑learning–based assistance and its application to support and documentation is a plus.
  • English: good written and spoken level for technical topics; French and/or Arabic are a plus for local collaboration.

ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction. ST was recognized in this ranking thanks to its continuous improvement approach and stands out particularly in the areas of ethics & integrity, purpose & values, organization & change, business strategy, and performance.
