Responsibilities:

• You will be introduced to the responsibilities of a food technology specialist

• You will learn how to operate, monitor, and control our production facilities

• You will assist with maintenance work and production trials

• You will learn how chemical and physical analyses are conducted in the laboratory for quality assurance

• Benefit from individual support and diverse projects throughout your training

• You will have the opportunity to visit our sister company in Canada and learn about the production of food colorants

• Training sessions and seminars are also integral parts of your apprenticeship

Qualifications:

• At least a good secondary school diploma

• Interest in and understanding of technical processes

• High level of commitment and initiative

• Independent working style

• Ability to work well in a team and actively collaborate with others

• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene standards

• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
