Responsibilities:

• You’ll learn how to set up and start our modern extrusion systems and how to monitor the production process 
• When malfunctions occur, you analyze the cause and quickly find a solution to help ensure smooth operations 
• You take care of raw material supply and learn how to ensure product quality 
• By adjusting and optimizing production parameters, you contribute to efficient and reliable manufacturing 

Qualifications:

• You have a secondary school diploma (Realschule) or a very good lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschule) 
• You enjoy math and physics – you're curious about how things work and love learning new things 
• You're passionate about technology: you have good manual skills, and you're especially interested in metalworking 
• You have a strong spatial imagination, which helps you understand technical processes more easily 
• Precision and accuracy are important to you – you like working in a structured and systematic way
