Assists with tasks within assigned area, observing and learning from experienced professionals, practicing specific skills under the guidance of a mentor, working on assignments, and actively participating in training sessions and workshops. Throughout the apprenticeship, gains skills from basic administrative tasks to more hands-on experience, develops technical expertise, and receives mentorship to support individual professional growth.
