Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems under supervision.
• Participate in equipment inspections and routine maintenance activities.
• Learn to read technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Help maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Record maintenance activities accurately in the Maintenance Management System or other maintenance records.
• Support machine installations, relocations, and commissioning activities when required.
• Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Observe equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow all plant safety rules, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate actively in technical training, coaching sessions, and apprenticeship development programs.
• Support 5S and Maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Technical school
• Internship during studies period is considered an advantage
• Technical knowledge as highschool/vocational school graduate
• English
• Good communication skills
