Job Description:

Rattaché à la direction Qualité du site, vous aurez pour principales missions:

Mission 1 : Afin de mettre en place les procédures d'accueil des nouveaux arrivants ainsi que les plans de formation pour chaque fonction, notre société souhaite mettre en place les process et instructions nécessaires:
- contribuer à la mise à jour du processus jusqu'à son référencement
- contribuer au déploiement (formations, cas pilotes, mesure d'efficacité)
- Identifier les pistes d’amélioration continue

Mission 2 : Afin de répondre aux enjeux de traçabilité et de réactivité, notre société souhaite déployer un processus dématérialisé de l’archivage (stockage, recherche et mise à disposition)
- analyse de l’existant
- benchmark
- Etablissement d’un cahier des charges pour consultation avec les achats

- contribuer à la sélection de la solution avec les interlocuteurs métiers concernés (achats, logistique, qualité...)
- Déploiement (planification, mise en œuvre, retour d’expérience)
