Appointment Setter - Merchant Services/Payment Processing

AllStars Merchant is a fast-growing provider of innovative payment gateway solutions for businesses of all sizes. We help merchants streamline their payment processing, reduce transaction fees, and offer secure, reliable services to their customers. As part of our expansion, we are seeking energetic and persuasive Appointment Setters to join our sales outreach team.

Position Summary:
The agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introducing All Star Merchant's payment gateway services, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone with confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections and answer basic questions about services.
• Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
• Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup).
• Must agree to be on Zoom for the entire shift (except during breaks).

Benefits

• Our initial offer is $3 per hour + $10 commission for every valid appointment. We will renegotiate your rate after a month depending on your performance.
