Provide technical support and coordinate IT services for laboratory and R&D environments, including workplace systems, scientific applications and kiosk solutions. The role combines hands-on support with service coordination, SLA tracking and participation in technology transformation initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for laboratory applications, R&D workstations and kiosk PCs;
  • Manage requests for hardware, software and user account creation;
  • Install, configure and update applications across their lifecycle;
  • Support software deployment and application packaging activities;
  • Coordinate setup and delivery of new laboratory and kiosk devices;
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLA targets;
  • Maintain inventory data in CMDB/Helix and Active Directory;
  • Support account administration and periodic access reviews;
  • Track software licensing usage and support procurement processes;
  • Contribute to Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration activities;
  • Monitor service KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Collaborate with users, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace or End-User Computing;
  • Experience supporting laboratory, scientific or R&D environments;
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and application support;
  • Experience with Active Directory and ITSM or CMDB tools;
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networks and software deployment;
  • Experience in system migration projects;
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Additional Valued Experience

  • Laboratory applications such as ACD/Labs, OpenLab or ChemStation;
  • LIMS, ELN or similar scientific systems;
  • BMC Helix or equivalent tools;
  • SCCM, MECM, Intune or similar deployment platforms;
  • Software asset and licensing management;
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or industrial environments;
  • French language.
