Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and data flow within PeopleSoft modules.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to diagnose complex problems.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to PeopleSoft environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
