Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system behavior and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Ensure documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development technologies related to Java Full Stack Development.
- Ability to analyze and debug complex software issues within multi-component systems.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support processes.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Good understanding of software architecture and integration points in enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
