Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address support requests efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting complex software environments.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify anomalies.
- Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical issues and solutions clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Neo4j.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
