Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all application-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination among various stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing project progress, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating communication to align technical efforts with business objectives. You engage with teams to drive the successful delivery of application solutions, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with organizational goals.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of application processes and configurations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application design and configuration.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with application monitoring and performance tuning techniques.
- Capability to lead and mentor team members while managing project deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
