Job Summary The Manager of Application Development leads the team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Camden’s custom applications and integrations. This role is both a people leader and a hands-on technical leader, accountable for delivery quality, team development, vendor coordination, stakeholder partnership, customer experience, and a strong customer service mindset that ensures responsive, reliable support for the business. The role also partners closely with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to support resilient solutions, sound controls, and SOX-aligned processes.
