Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the developed solutions are robust and tailored to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into effective application functionalities, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to enhance productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and their practical application in software development.
- Experience in managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and resolve impediments effectively.
- Skilled in adapting Scrum practices to fit the unique needs of different projects and teams.
- Strong Scrum Master experience with SAP knowledge and stakeholder management

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
