Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translates them into functional software solutions, while also refining and optimizing existing applications to enhance performance and usability. The workday is dynamic, balancing creative problem-solving with technical implementation to deliver effective and efficient application solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development lifecycle from requirement analysis through deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application development with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Experience in designing and implementing data workflows and automation using Alteryx.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integrating Alteryx workflows with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Ability to document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing version control and deployment processes for application updates.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Alteryx.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
