Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Anasazi Village apartment community in Santa Fe, NM. This is a tax credit property with 116 units.

• Hiring Bonus: $1,000
  • $250 after 30 days of employment 
  • $250 after 90 days of employment
  • $500 after 6 months of employment
• Retention Bonus: $1,000 after 1 year of employment

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
