Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Technical Skill

Perform routine services and maintenance of air conditioning system to ensure proper functioning. Install, service, maintain, and repair various type of air conditioning systems (1hp – 5hp) :

• Wall Mounted
• Ceiling Cassette
• Ceiling Expose

Handle emergency repairs promptly and effectively. Preferably knowledge in AHU services.

2. Sales Reporting

• Facilitate the creation of compelling presentations and proposals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Compile, analyze, and distribute monthly sales reports 
• Maintain records of financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping.

3. Presentation and Proposal Support:

• Facilitate the creation of compelling presentations and proposals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

4. Media Social Admin:  

• Create content for sales and marketing input.
• As a host of any event in social media
• Compile data, video and content related to promotional event
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Job requirements:

• Diploma or Skills Certificate (SKM)
• Preferably in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Basic knowledge in electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in handling various air conditioner.
• Able to work independent.
• At least 3 years working experience in related field.
• Valid GDL License is an extra advantage
