Night Float Anesthesiologist role collaborating at Bronx Care, NYC’s largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system. With more than 4,500 employees and 859 beds, Bronx Care serves city residents as the largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system covering the South and Central Bronx. The Bronx Care network provides close to 1 million outpatient visits, and ER volume has increased to 140,000 visits annually. Salary: $620K

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: 26 weeks on/off, 7p-7a
• Peds, endo, general, ENT, neuro, vascular, GYN, plastics

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) 

BronxCare, $620K, $100K Sign on Incentive; 26 weeks on/ 26 weeks off
