Andriod Technical Lead:

Mandatory Skills:
• Working experience in Android development
• Have published one or more Android apps in the app store
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Nice to have:
• Should be able to work with customer on day to day basis
• 3rd Party tools like - Crittercism, Hockey App, Perfecto, Jira, Git, Confluence, Charles proxy
• Agile development methodology
• Should be able to estimate implementation efforts for small to mid-size projects and plan development tasks.

Soft Skills:
• Should have maintenance project experience.
• Willing to work in AMS projects.
• Should be able to manage high pressure environment once in a while.
• Should have experience in working in outage situation.
• Should have experience in trouble shooting in production environment
• Should have good analytical and debugging skills.
• Quick learner.
• Independent contributor (if required).
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have good knowledge of SDLC – worked in 2 - 3 projects with full process.
• Nice to have - worked in 1 - 2 full projects.
• Should be a good team player.
• Should have managed team under her/him.
