We are looking for a leader for our Analytical Test Technician team based out of our Durham, NC facility!  We need an Analytical Test Supervisor!  This position requires that you have direct experience in Analytical Testing in the Semiconductor Manufacuring Industry/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.  We also require that you are local the Durham NC office but willing to travel for projects when needed across the US!

Responsibilities:
  • Operate, organize, and maintain analytical testing equipment
  • Organize, coordinate, and maintain records of equipment calibrations
  • Manage analytical technicians and schedules
  • Client interface and management
  • Help bid work and build proposals
  • Create, review, sign-off, and deliver test reporting
  • Attend regular internal and project coordination meetings, both virtual and in-person
  • Able to work and manage projects and personnel independently
  • Review and approve time sheets and expense reports
  • Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime
  • Able to coach, train, and develop analytical technicians
  • Able to travel on both long-term and short-term projects
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in semiconductor analytical testing
  • At least 1 year management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Preferred Experience and Certifications:
  • ASNT, ACCP, or Employer-Issued LT, VT, PT, or UT NDT Levels II or III
  • AWS CWI
  • ISO 8573 / NFP 99 / USP-NF
  • Bluebeam or equivalent mark-up and collaboration software
  • Procore, EIDA or equivalent project management cloud services
  • cGMP and/or GDocP  
  • PMP
  • Six Sigma
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in welding, applied or physical science
