Analytical Scientist

• Implement routine tests for raw materials, intermediat bulk and finish products
• Analytical test support for RD/AT lab activities
• Report deviation timely, carry out deviation/OOS investigations
• Draft and implement analytical method validation/verification/transfer
• Co-operate with production dept. to implement process/cleaning validation related analytical activities
• Lab instruments and apparatus maintenance/calibration management
• Take personal responsibility for E.S.H.
• Management of controlled chemicals (purchase, store, use)
• QC lab daily duties, e.g. files management, lab safety, lab clean environment etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or above in polymer, chemistry, pharmaceuticals or analysis related subjects
• Knowledge/expertise of analytical instruments/methods, e.g. LC, GC, auto IV, KF, physical characteristics meters etc.
• Basic polymer and medical devices knowledge are required
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, quality mindset and willingness to develop
• Fluent English in both oral & written
• Good computer skills, SAP/LIMS experience is preferred
• QC lab experience in medical device industry is preferred
• cGMP/ISO 13485 experience in pharma/medical device industry is preferred
