Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business.

Job Title: Analyst – Workday Integrations

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst on our Human Resources Services team to support, enhance, and optimize our Workday ecosystem with a focus on Workday. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive process automation.

This position will be based out of our Bengaluru office and onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Support & Development
    • Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business rules.
    • Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support for production and non-production environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with HRS, business stakeholders and vendors to understand integration and automation needs.
    • Provide technical expertise during enhancements and projects.
    • Document processes, integration flows, and technical specifications for ongoing knowledge sharing.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.
    • Proactively recommend process improvements and emerging technology solutions.
    • Act as a mentor/resource for junior analysts and peers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 2–4+ years supporting Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).
  • 1-2 years of experience with Workday Extend application development is preferred, not required.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
