What this job involves:

• Conduct valuation assessments for diverse real estate assets across multiple property types and purposes, including asset securitization (CMBS, REITs), domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting audits, financing, transactions, and internal advisory purposes.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the latest market trends, regulatory updates, and policy changes relevant to real estate valuation and capital markets.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively supporting business development efforts to secure new clients and commercial opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university; candidates with academic backgrounds in real estate appraisal, consulting, mathematics and statistics, or related fields are preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation standards and applicable laws and regulations, and a strong command of valuation principles and methodologies. Prior relevant work experience is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPV, Real Estate Appraiser, RICS, or equivalent qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Solid working proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to support cross-border assignments and international reporting standards.
• Demonstrated willingness to adopt artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies to enhance valuation efficiency and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication, learning, and coordination skills; demonstrated collaborative mindset, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
