Analyst- TT

Level: Analyst 

Location: Singapore 

Responsibilities:  

• Tracking and reporting the status of Changes (BAU initiatives/New Instruments/Business Related Projects) to stakeholders. 

• Able to plan delivery workflow for Changes. 

• Able to drive conversation independently with TECH and BU owner for Prioritization and Planning. 

• Coordinate meeting arrangements between TECH and BU Owner.    

• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and publishing it. 

• Work with Tech PMs on ad hoc tasks and the Program Managers of the program  

• Support Tech PMs in managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
