Job Description:

The Analyst, Travel & Expense will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Finance Manager. Watch “Culture is our Passion” to learn more about us.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Process employee expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets
• Payment processing
• Validating employee expenses as per policy.
• Resolve discrepant expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures
• Reporting activities - Generate and update the Employee/AP reports.
• Contact employee/vendors and confirm receipt of invoice/shipment. Employee/Vendor account reconciliation
• Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
• Reporting on weekly basis
• Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
• Analyse data & come with his/her findings on automation opportunity.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and training. 
• Typically requires (1-3) years of related experience in travel & expenses.
• Working flexibility as per US time zone

• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems
• Engagement with management of projects related to the unit
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
