Job Description

The PMO analyst (Power BI and Power Platform Developer) will be responsible for developing new dashboards/workflows/reports and maintain the existing developments/dashboards to enhance governance, reporting and analytical needs of the Project Management Office. This role involves generating dashboards, creating reports, developing workflows, maintain existing developments/dashboards and reports and incorporate changes as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data-visualization dashboards and automate processes/reports via Power BI and Power Platform

  • Process multiple reports within the TAT and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy

  • Maintain existing templates/reports & incorporate changes whenever required

  • Delivery efficiencies through identifying, developing and implementing automation capabilities

  • Transform complex dataset into elegant end-user interface and reporting

  • Manage/improve controls and validations of assigned activities

  • Create and maintain standard documentation of all processes and reports

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 2-4 years of experience as a developer. Project management/PMO domain experience is a plus

  • Hands-on knowledge of MS-Excel, Power Platform and Power BI and ability to connect with a variety of Data sources

  • Highly organized, motivated, self-directed and possess a cohesive team attitude

Skills and Competencies

  • Power Platform and Advanced Power BI

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
