About the Team The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs across the enterprise and oversees risk ownership across business units, products, and processes. Within ORM, the Issues & Events Analytics team transforms operational risk data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement. The team develops enterprise reporting capabilities and executive insights, performs advanced analytics, identifies systemic risk themes, and partners across the organization to improve how operational risk is measured, understood, and managed.
